Information
Schedule all tasks in Bauhalle by Friday of the previous week in the available Bauhallen outlook calendar! Otherwise support can not be guaranteed.
HIF (+) restoration
UPDATE
- HIF phase 2: Laboratories and building area is almost finished – projects can be interrupted by construction workers.
- Phase 3.2 will be handovered by March 3rd. Nevertheless there are ongoing construction works.
- Phase 3.3 already started which means, that area 3.3 is closed till end of November 2023.
Current Situation
- experimental research can be performed in Bauhalle (Area 3.1 & 3.2 including both strong floors) and in the side labs HIF C34 & C36. Use the middle corridore to enter Bauhalle. The “small Bauhalle” is still under conctruction until June 2023.

NEW equipment
- In 2023 data aquisition systems must be renewed (budget 50k)
- Replacement of Walter&Bai testing machine – SEP contract was confirmed !!
- Hexapod (Chatzi) – delivered – final location in process
- FIRE Simulator (Frangi) , FIRST FIRE TEST passed 28.02.2023
