Coronavirus emergency mode
Experimental research is possible following the ETH master plan:

All personal tasks in Bauhalle and IBK labs MUST BE scheduled by Friday of the privious week in the available Bauhallen outlook calendar!
HIF building is only accessable with your batge.
Project registration
Deadline for proposing experimental projects for spring semester 2022 is 7th of January 2022 – hurry.
Fall semester projects must be applied till 1st of July 2022.
HIF (+) restoration
Area 3.1 of the HIF refurbishment is already closed. Till May 2022 experiments are limited to the old strong floor and LUSET. Therefor early proposal of all projects is required.
Problems with the heating system seem to be solved.
Pay attention to the construction site influences:
- Noise (Health, Concentration, detection of experimental events..)
- Vibration (measurement accuracy, Stability)
- Dust (measurement accuracy, Health, equipment functionality)
- Climate (can get cold in Bauhalle, <14°C)
