REF Project Management – WIKI system
We would appreciate to get support by many users of the wiki system.

HIF (+) restoration
- Start of phase one will begin at 1st of April 2019. Till then IBK has to clear the HIK building and clean the courtyard. Bauhallenteam will contact concerning groups for specimen disposal. There will be a hoarding fence around the site. (see picture below) which will limit the access to the Bauhalle gates.
- Phases
  - Phase 1: Apr 19 – Jan 21
  - Phase 2: Jan 21 – Mrc 22
  - Phase 3: Mrc 22 – Dec 22 (Bauhalle, see picture below) in Phase 3.1 both gates of Bauhalle are closed.
- There will be a Bauhalle Workshop in the next two months for detailed planning of Phase 3.
- Office planning will be further discussed with institute principals
- The excavation work will limit deliveries to Bauhalle from Apr 2019 till Dec 2022 (see plan below)
MAST (Stojadinovic)
The standard 8 actuator is completely installed and running. For the first tests some software enhancements are required.
Inventory Database
The new IBK inventory system is based on LEIHS. This can be found here: http://baug.inventory.ethz.ch. For now there is only one user (ibk_inventory/ibk_inventory) till we update the system to use LDAP registration. Information will follow.
Könn modular furnace
The extension of the modular Könn furnace will be initially operated by the distributor in calendarweek 11.
