• Christmas cleanup
  As every year supporters and the Bauhallenteam will clean up the lab from Dez. 17th till 21st. In this week we can not support other projects.
• Proper project planning
  Cause of some experimental failings in the last months we ask for a proper planning of experiments. Please follow the project process as described here:

  We would also appreciate to get support for improving the phases checklist.
• REF Project Management
  There will be a Wikiworki (workshop) to show the application of the sharepoint platforms.
  This should also lead to a discussion about system improvements.

  A test period of the sharepoint system will last till end of February 2019.
• HIF (+) restoration
  Excavation work already started with changes to the Gustave-Naville Weg which can interrupt deliveries to the Bauhalle. Construction works on the forecourt will start in 2019/04.

• Hexapod (Chatzi)
  The Hexapod of group Chatzi will be located in the north-eastern corner of Bauhalle.
  This was confirmed by Mrs Kalkstein from Abteilung Bauten and VAW.
• Zylinderschleifmaschine
  The concrete probe grinding machine in HIF B54 has multiple defects. Therefore a replacement of the machine is planned for 2019.
• Werkstattkonzept
  Nach Angaben des Departements soll die Institutswerkstatt am IBK langfristig aufgelöst wewrden. Weiterhin muss jedoch eine Forschungswerkstatt zur Unterstützung der Lehre und offen für Assistenten und Studenten erhalten bleiben.
