Information
Schedule all tasks in Bauhalle by Friday of the previous week in the available Bauhallen outlook calendar! Otherwise support can not be guaranteed.

HIF (+) restoration
UPDATE
- HIF phase 2 has officially ended.
Nevertheless the area and especially laboratory rooms of IBK are not yet fully usable.
We expect to be ready by end of February 2023. - Couryard must still be used to enter HIF. PAY ATTENTION to constructio works.
- Phase 3.2 in Bauhalle will be ended by end of FEBRUARY 2023. In January Bauhallenteam will already begin to clean area 3.3 which then will be refurbished till November 2023.
Therefore support is limited! - Disposal
Bauhallenteam will dispose all materials where the storage date has expired!

Procurement
NEW equipment
- In 2023 data aquisition systems must be renewed (budget 50k)
- Replacement of Walter&Bai testing machine – SEP contract was confirmed !!
Machine is planned to be usable when HIF refurbishment ended. - Hexapod (Chatzi) – delivered – mothballed, final location theoretical confirmed in Bauhalle
- FIRE Simulator (Frangi) , delivery 25th October 2022
Commissioning till mid February 2023 - Vibrophore (Taras) – location in Bauhalle guaranteed inside IfU area
- 15MN machine (Taras)
- outdoor storage space – GMIS proposal in preparation
- outdoor cleaning area beside gate 27 (for casting tasks, sedimentation tank)
