Schedule all tasks in Bauhalle by Friday of the previous week in the available Bauhallen outlook calendar!
HIF (+) restoration
UPDATE
- ALWAYS kay attention to the construction works if you visit Bauhalle, especially when crossing the couryard HIF.
- Entering Area 3.2 is NOT allowed without approval of Bauleitung. Between area 3.1 and 3.3 the tunnel can be used for transportation. Persons only have to take a foodwald around HIA and enter HIF in floor B.
Schedule refurbishment Bauhalle:
- 16th December – LOOKING FORWARD
This is the official date for the opening of part 2 of HIF renovation which includes the IBK side labs HIF C34 and HIF C36. - HIF phase 3.3
Phase 3.2 will be ended by end of January 2023. In January Bauhallenteam will already begin to clean area 3.3 which then will be refurbished till November 2023.
HPQ – construction site
Truck traffic from HPQ site is influencing the delivery courtyard of HIF. More information can be found in the link below:

Once again we ask for cleaning up experimental areas every day. Especially returning tools and equipment is very much appreciated by successors.
Procurement
NEW equipment
- Hexapod (Chatzi) – delivered – mothballed, final location theoretical confirmed in Bauhalle
- FIRE Simulator (Frangi) , delivery 25th October 2022 – lab space in construction
- Vibrophore (Taras) – location in Bauhalle guaranteed inside IfU area
- 15MN machine (Taras)
- Replacement of Walter&Bai testing machine – SEP contract entered
- outdoor storage space – GMIS proposal in preparation
- outdoor cleaning area beside gate 27 (for casting tasks, sedimentation tank)
