Since the situation in Bauhalle is still tense cause of additional construction site tasks and sick absences, Bauhallenteam decided to strictly follow these rules:

• All personal tasks in Bauhalle and IBK labs SHALL BE scheduled by Friday of the privious week in the available Bauhallen outlook calendar!
• Project managers are responsible for planning experiments and keeping to schedules. Bauhallenteam provides support, with subtasks being set in meetings.
• Bauhallenteam will reserve consulting hours for meetings each Thursday mornings from 9am to 11h30am. All planning discussions shall be scheduled in this timeframe because of inefficient interruptions otherwise.
• There is a new “supporters” column in our sharepoint site which will show you the responsible project supporters from Bauhalle.
  PROJECT LIST
• Projects are prioritized in which students have to meet deadlines or on a first-come, first-served basis. In case of problems, the professors can transmit priority lists.
• Bauhallenteam wants to have more meetings for information sharing in projects and to set milestones. These must be organized by project managers.
• Material orders: Must be discussed in meetings and Bauhallenteam must be informed in advance in case of deliveries.
