External AI and Cloud Services

Please be careful when using external AI and cloud services such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Overleaf, Dropbox, DeepL, Slack, GitHub, … and try to make regular backups on your local device (laptop) or, even better, on the departmental file server.

The usage of some external cloud services has been approved (at least partially) by the CISO and the central IT services.
