Connecting the Future – a glimpse behind the ITS scenes
An efficient IT infrastructure offering stable and reliable services and support is crucial for the success of the ETH Zurich as a top university, today and in the future. However, often the awareness for the important role IT plays in education, research and services, only surfaces when one of our IT services does not function properly. Since our goal is that this remains the exception, our core activities take place mostly behind the scenes.

The latest Top 500 list of the world’s fastest supercomputers was released last week during the Supercomputing Conference in Portland, Oregon.

Next «Project Neptun» sale 2010
The next «Project Neptun» sale presumably takes place from February 15 to March 7, 2010. Once again, we will offer laptops from Apple, HP and Lenovo.
AAA project to foster the exchange of video content

SafeIT Security Awareness Campaign 2009
On September 15th the new semester began and with it a new Security Awareness campaign – «StickUp for SafeIT!».
Wuala Online Storage for First-year Students and Neptun Customers
This semester, freshmen will find a voucher for 10 GB storage, valid for the duration of their studies, included in the VSETH «Goody Bag». Neptun customers will receive a Wuala-sponsored voucher for 5 GB of online storage for one year. Read more
