Change in applications/processing for ETH guests
Followingthe switch in the Office Addresses process (see https://blogs.ethz.ch/id/2011/07/13/successful-switch-in-office-addresses-process/) there has also been a change in applications/processing for guests.
Until final applicatory support is available, guests (and future employees), who are due to receive an ETH phone number, must use the general formhttps://idts.ethz.ch/hdweb/AllgemeinAnfragePre.do for applications/processing. Accounts can no longer be managed at http://www.password.ethz.ch/.
For efficient guest registrationand to avoid additional inquiries,the following mandatoryfields must be filled:
Personal data
- name
- surname
- date of birth
- gender
- language
- nationality
Guest-period data
- valid from
- valid to
- host/organisational unit
- host /person
- guest category
Day, long term and PDB-guests
