Personnel Change in Management
We wish to inform you about the following Management personnel change:
Beat Müller, responsible for developing and maintaining ITS quality management, and who has successfully led us through two certifications (ISO 9000 and ISO 20,000) will manage Quality Assurance at Executive Board level as of February 2010.
This includes all Executive Board domains. As such he will be accountable to the Rector and will be located in the main building, HG E 15. However, Beat Müller will continue to be available with 20%-employment in the ITS until year-end in order to accomplish all tasks related to the June 2010 mid-certification. As a result of the above change the ITS will actually be transmitting some of its expertise, as suggested by the certification auditors. I wish Beat Müller every success for his future responsibilities and look forward to mutually beneficial cooperation.
The further development of quality management and continuous service improvement including related service and management processes remains a permanent concern of the ITS. The ITS continues to assume responsibility for the former. The development of a precise concept is a task we must now tackle.
