On Feb 8, 2023 we will visit the Roche campus in Basel and meet female role models to discuss their career paths and learn from them what it takes to make the transition from academia into big pharma.

Call 5 of feminno has started in Sept 2021 with 17 women from Swiss Universities with a variety of promising start-up ideas. We are half way through the program and learnt about innovation, business canvas, patents, pitching, funding and career engagement. Next on the agenda: Value-based design of a company, negotiation and company visits.
