The 3-Day Career Retreat is the kick-off of the feminno programme. In workshops, presentations, self-study, panel discussions, we develop career resources in teams or alone following the model for career-preparedness (Know yourself, Know your opportunities, Know the tools, Have a plan) thus increasing the feminno participants career readiness.

You will be reflecting your competencies, your resources, will work on your faith in your abilities and you will be having a chance to meet female role models from industry/start-up.
