The closing event is a festive opportunity for the complete feminno community to get together, present projects and simply have a nice evening in an informal environment. It is also a time to look at some promising projects in detail and reflect on what we have accomplished during the 6 months together as a group. A presentation on challenges for the innovation process in academia for young female scientists reminds the participants on which obstacles to overcome in the near future and how feminno has become a stepping stone for the next career moves.

In addition, key note speaker from industry/start-up may be invited to present their insights on women in innovation.

The presentations are followed by an Apero and Networking.
