IT Brochure for Employees
The IT Services (ITS), as the principal ICT provider of ETH Zurich, offers all ETH Zurich members a wide range of services and applications.
Included with their employment documents, all new employees have also received the “IT Brochure for Employees” from HR. The brochure is an overview containing important information concerning IT services at ETH Zurich and the workplace. This includes information on IT support, user services, the ETH network, communication and various IT services.
An IT brochure not only for new employees
To ensure that all members of ETH Zurich are always up to date, an updated web version is also available. The eight-page brochure (Leporello) is stored under “Documentations, Reports & Publications» in German and English. The online version is updated several times a year. We recommend checking the updated version regularly not only for our new members but for all other (long-time) employees as well.

The Service Desk is the gateway to the ETH Zurich IT Services. We are always happy to help you! Inquiries and problems can be presented by phone, email, web form, or at the Service Desk counter.
