Customer Satisfaction Survey

Our primary goal is to provide quality service for our customers and to continually improve our services on their behalf. To help us achieve this goal we have launched a customer survey, thus providing our customers with a simple tool to give us their feedback regarding our service performance.

External Survey

We have commissioned the firm “htp St.Gallen” with implementation of this survey. This guarantees confidential handling and evaluation of your answers. For our first survey we have targeted the following customer groups (based on preferred status in the people database):

  • All employees of the central organs (excluding apprentices and trainees)
  • All professors (full and associate)
  • IT support groups
  • All academic and administrative staff supported by Service Delivery
  • All IT Services employees (self-assessment)

The survey questions are divided into three different groups: there is a list of questions for management, one for specialist groups and a third for users.
