Adjustment in IDES support
From now on please use the IDES support forms that you will find as part of the ITS Service Desk website. Open https://idts.ethz.ch/hdweb/ in your browser and login with your nethz access information. Look for the forms listed under the heading “IDES”.
By filling out the appropriate form you ensure that your inquiry, including all the required information, will reach the responsible party directly. This will help us resolve your request as quickly as possible.
Previous direct contact
Support queries via e-mail or to the IDES team directly will no longer be processed. Please note that lizenz@id.ethz.ch, the e-mail address for support inquiries, is no longer available.
