For the first time, the ITS Service Desk opens a temporary Pop-Up Desk at H\u00f6nggerberg at the start of the semester and can generally be reached earlier by phone.

<\/h3>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

The ITS Service Desk adjusts the telephone availability at the beginning of the spring semester.
From 18 February 2019, the ITS Service Desk team will be available from 07.30 a.m. until 17.30 a.m., on Friday from 07.30 a.m. until 16.30 p.m.. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pop-up Desk H\u00f6nggerberg<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

From the start of the semester on 18 February 2019, there will be a Pop-Up Desk at Campus Info (HIL D 26.5) on the H\u00f6nggerberg for two weeks. https:\/\/www.ethz.ch\/en\/campus\/getting-to-know\/learning-and-working\/campusinfo.html<\/a>
The Pop-Up Desk is open from 09.30 until 16.00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
