Wie war das doch gleich noch mal?
\nMan will einen bestimmten Zusatztext auf einer WCMS-Seite raufnehmen, der nach einer bestimmten Zeit automatisch wieder gel\u00f6scht wird<\/strong>. Zum Beispiel Abwesenheitsnotiz \u00fcber Weihnachten, Ostern, Pfingsten, Sechsel\u00e4uten, Knabenschiessen oder Institutsausfl\u00fcge etc.<\/p>\n

Oder man will eine Seite publizieren, die nach einer bestimmten Zeit automatisch nicht mehr angezeigt wird, ohne dass man sich eine Notiz machen muss, daran zu denken, sie per Hand zu schliessen. Zum Beispiel Veranstaltungsseite oder Anmeldeseite etc.<\/p>\n

Wie immer, wenn man weiss wie, ganz einfach:
\nFall 1: Sie ver\u00f6ffentlichen das Dokument mit dem Zusatztext und publizieren eine \u00e4ltere Version (ohne den Zusatztext) zu einem sp\u00e4teren Zeitpunkt.<\/p>\n

Fall 2: M\u00f6chten Sie, dass das Dokument nach Ablauf einer Zeit gar nicht mehr publiziert haben, k\u00f6nnen Sie zus\u00e4tzlich bei \u00abVerfallszeit\u00bb ein Datum und eine Uhrzeit eingeben. Das Dokument ist danach geschlossen.<\/p>\n

WCMS: Future Publishing using publishing \/ expiration times in the future<\/strong><\/p>\n

Don’t remember how…?
\nto include additional text on a WCMS-page for a certain time period after which you want it automatically deleted<\/strong>? E.g. opening times during Christmas, New Year, Easter, and other public holidays or staff excursions.<\/p>\n

Or you want to publish a page that should automatically no longer be displayed after a certain time without you having to remember to close it manually. For example, an events or login page.<\/p>\n

Once you know how it’s actually simple:
\nExample 1: Publish document with additional text now and publish an older version (no additional text) at a later date.
\nExample 2: If after expiration you no longer want to have this document published at all, fill the expiration time fields with a date and time. The document will thereafter be closed.<\/p>\n
