{"id":8883,"date":"2014-06-26T11:23:31","date_gmt":"2014-06-26T09:23:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wpethzprd.ethz.ch\/id\/?p=8883"},"modified":"2014-06-30T11:18:16","modified_gmt":"2014-06-30T09:18:16","slug":"euler-on-position-255","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.ethz.ch\/id\/2014\/06\/26\/euler-on-position-255\/","title":{"rendered":"Euler on position 255"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Eulerat position 255 of the new International Supercomputing <a href=\"http:\/\/top500.org\/list\/2014\/06\/\" target=\"_blank\">TOP 500 list<\/a>.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>In the opening event of the international supercomputing conference ISC&#8217;14 in Leipzig, the new TOP500 list of the world&#8217;s fastest supercomputers has been released o<span class=\"hps\">n<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Monday, June 23, 2014<\/span>.<br \/>\nThe Euler cluster (&#8222;Euler Phase 1&#8220;) isat <a href=\"http:\/\/top500.org\/system\/178389\" target=\"_blank\">position 255<\/a> of the list. Including the extension planned for the second part of 2014 (&#8222;Euler Phase 2&#8220;), Euler would be among the first 100 entries of the list.
