An efficient IT infrastructure offering stable and reliable services and support is crucial for the success of the ETH Zurich as a top university, today and in the future. However, often the awareness for the important role IT plays in education, research and services, only surfaces when one of our IT services does not function properly. Since our goal is that this remains the exception, our core activities take place mostly behind the scenes.<\/p>\n

Our new publication allows our partners an insight into our working environment. Illustrated are some of our important well established services, as well as new innovations we have developed to prepare the ETH Zurich IT infrastructure for the future.
