September begann das neue Semester und damit eine neue Security Awareness Kampagne \u2013 <strong>\u00abStickUp for SafeIT!\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><br \/>\n\u00abStick up\u00bb bedeutet \u00absich f\u00fcr jemanden oder etwas einsetzen\u00bb, in diesem Fall f\u00fcr \u00abSecurity\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Kampagne richtet sich an die erstsemestrigen Studenten und neu eintretenden Angestellte und bringt security-relevante Informationen sowohl im IT- als auch im allgemeinen Sicherheits\/(Safety)-Bereich in einer kompakten und \u00fcberschaubaren Form. Diese Informationen werden auf USB-Sticks an der Orientierungsveranstaltung vom 20. September abgegeben, mit der Absicht das Sicherheitsbewusstsein im Umgang mit Sicherheitsthemen zu erh\u00f6hen und die Suche nach wichtigen Informationen zu erleichtern.<\/p>\n<p>Alle Dokumente sind lokal auf dem USB-Stick vorhanden. Zus\u00e4tzlich gibt es eine HTML-Version <a href=\"http:\/\/www.stickup.ethz.ch\/index.html\">http:\/\/www.stickup.ethz.ch\/index.html<\/a> und, f\u00fcr diejenigen, die auch eine lokale Kopie auf dem eigenen USB-Stick haben m\u00f6chten, kann dies von der Webseite <a href=\"http:\/\/www.safeit.ethz.ch\/docs\/index\">http:\/\/www.safeit.ethz.ch\/docs\/index<\/a> heruntergeladen werden.<\/p>\n<p>Bei Fragen, Anregungen oder Problemen stehen wir gerne zur Verf\u00fcgung.<\/p>\n<p>____________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n<p><strong>SafeIT Security Awareness Campaign 2010<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On September 20th the new semester began and with it a new Security Awareness campaign &#8211; \u00abStickUp for SafeIT!\u00bb.<br \/>\nStick up, meaning to support or stand up for SafeIT and for Security.<\/p>\n<p>This campaign is directed at first-semester students and new employees and makes available IT-security and general safety relevant information in a compact and straightforward format. The information will be distributed on USB-Sticks at the student orientation on September 20th with the goal of increasing the sensitivity and awareness of security topics. This format also makes searching for information easier since all security- and safety-related information is in one place.<\/p>\n<p>All documents and links are available on the USB-Stick.
