ETH Zurich was represented by Daniel Rutschmann, Simon Meinhard, and Fabian Lyck, who first qualified at the ETH Zurich Local Selection Contest and then at the Southwestern Europe Regional Contest in Paris, France. The team was accompanied by the coach Kieran Nirkko.<\/p>\n<p>There were 11 problems to solve within 5 hours. The scoreboard had been frozen after 4 hours of contest to raise the tension among the participants.
