A new version of the web application Room Request (2011.2) has been released. The following important enhancements might be of interest to you:

Login now takes place via SWITCHaai. You thereby get access to other web applications without having to log in again, if their login also takes place via SWITCHaai (single sign-on). Completely exit your web browser when you are finished to prevent other persons from logging in via your open SWITCHaai session.It is now also possible to add attachments to an email, e.g. to include permits in a request.

When searching for available rooms you can see the number of available seats in order to facilitate the choice of an appropriate room.
